Welcome to Yoga with Erin--a space where movement meets mindfulness, and every practice is an invitation to live with gratitude and intention.
Since 2020, I've been leading free community yoga classes overlooking Sarasota Bay on the Gulf Coast of Florida. My classes are focused on moving your body to calm your mind and connecting more deeply with yourself and the world around you. When I guide my classes, each posture is paired with intention. As we flow through the poses, I weave in messages that gently shift us from our negative default patterns toward a more positive empowered mindset.
My retreats are an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and come home to yourself. Together we focus on movement, mindfulness and creating intentions that ripple out into the rest of your life.
